Lugouqiao Community Health Service Center, formerly Fengtai Community Health Service Center (Xinglong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital), was founded in 1951 and has nearly 70 years of traditional Chinese medicine cultural heritage. The center is under Beijing Fengtai District Health Commission, with seven directly affiliated community health service stations and five independent legal entity stations. The service area covers 42 neighborhood committees of Lugouqiao Street Office, with an area of 59.73 square kilometers and over 233,000 people. The center currently has 203 staff members, total area of 4,184 square meters, with 17 departments including general practice, traditional Chinese medicine, stomatology, rehabilitation, 120 emergency, preventive healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, functional department, ENT, specialty clinics, with annual outpatient visits exceeding 520,000. The center currently has 40 family doctor teams providing comprehensive family doctor contract services to residents. It has established long-term stable medical consortium close cooperation relationships with Tiantan Hospital, Fengtai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, and Fengtai Hospital, focusing on building specialty disease clinics for tumors (nodules) and atherosclerotic plaques, opening green channels for outpatient and emergency services, constructing telemedicine and consultation platforms and patient follow-up centers, providing residents with "general + specialty" combined full-process, full-monitoring quality medical services. Meanwhile, it provides characteristic home services for elderly people with mobility difficulties, such as wound ostomy services, traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy, 120 medical transport, home medicine delivery, etc. It can also provide free annual physical examinations for residents over 65 years old in the jurisdiction.
