Fudan University Affiliated Huashan Hospital was founded in 1907. It is a National Health Commission affiliated hospital, Fudan University affiliated teaching hospital, and Red Cross Society of China named hospital. It was the first to pass the national Grade III Class A hospital evaluation in 1992 and is a National Civilized Unit. It is one of the most famous and internationally characterized medical, teaching, and research centers in China and the first ministry-affiliated public hospital nationwide to pass JCI certification, enjoying high reputation internationally.
