Guangzhou Huadu District People's Hospital was founded in 1950 and is the affiliated Huadu Hospital of Southern Medical University. It has three campuses: Xinhua Road main hospital, Baohua campus, and Tianmei campus. It is the only comprehensive Grade III Class A hospital in Huadu District integrating medical treatment, teaching, research, preventive healthcare, and rehabilitation. Guangzhou Huadu District People's Hospital relies on modern technical means to implement scientific, professional, and refined hospital management. Through establishing a complete two-level management system at hospital and department levels, it achieves comprehensive quality management, with all-round improvements in hospital medical quality, patient safety, hospital management, and comprehensive efficiency, achieving continuous improvement in overall medical service level and service capacity. In 2012, the hospital obtained Grade III Class B comprehensive hospital qualification. To standardize hospital management, promote continuous improvement in medical quality, continuously improve medical services, deepen connotation construction, and promote comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development of the hospital, since February 2012, our hospital has followed the "Grade III Comprehensive Hospital Evaluation Standards (2011 Edition)," comprehensively promoting standardized hospital management, with the goal of creating a "Grade III Class A" hospital and building a medical service center in northern Guangzhou. In early 2015, it launched preparation work for Grade III comprehensive hospital level re-evaluation, formulated detailed re-evaluation work plans, conducted self-inspection against the "Standards," implemented rectifications, used the opportunity of level hospital re-evaluation to improve the hospital-department two-level quality control system, revise systems and processes, learn quality management tools, and through continuous improvement in daily work, continuously improve medical quality and service capacity, enhance management efficiency, promote the realization of patient safety goals, and the hospital's overall management and medical level have made great progress.
