Our hospital is a Grade III Class A comprehensive hospital of the People's Liberation Army and one of Shanghai's first designated medical insurance hospitals. The hospital has 1,200 beds with annual outpatient visits of around 550,000 and annual inpatient admissions of over 20,000. The hospital has 1 PLA-level research institute, 4 military region specialty centers, and a number of characteristic disciplines. It possesses large-scale medical equipment worth nearly 250 million yuan, including MRI, DSA, 16-slice and 64-slice CT, PET-CT, linear accelerator, and whole-body gamma knife. The hospital covers a total area of 161 acres divided into 12 locations, including 3 medical practice sites, 8 residential areas, and 1 food production base. The main campus is located at 1328 Huashan Road, Changning District, covering 51.7 acres with 80,000 square meters of medical premises.
