Zhaoxiang Town Health Center began in March 1959 and was rated as a Grade I Class A hospital in October 1993. It has three departments and one office: medical department, community health department, administrative department, and office. The center covers 4,371 square meters with a building area of 3,800 square meters. Currently, the medical department has 16 clinical medical departments including Western internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, ENT, traditional Chinese internal medicine, acupuncture and physiotherapy, stomatology, and medical technology departments including pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and ultrasound. It has 20 general outpatient beds with 37,547 annual total consultations. The center is a medical and health center integrating medical treatment, prevention, healthcare, rehabilitation, and family planning, actively exploring and promoting the integration of rural town and village health and community medical and health service work. It has officially launched the Songze Health Service Station to provide medical and health services to local residents and employees of well-known foreign-funded enterprises such as Jixun Leisure, Yongen Industrial, and Dingxun Electronics.
