Emergency General Hospital, formerly Coal General Hospital, is a Grade III comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, research, and prevention. It is an institution under the Ministry of Emergency Management in Beijing. The hospital was approved for construction in 1987, officially opened in 1993, and confirmed as a qualified Grade III hospital in 1999.
